Visiting Ibiza just got a whole lot easier for U.S. travelers. Until now, getting to the island from the States typically meant connecting through Madrid, Barcelona or London. But starting next summer, travelers in the Tri-State area will have a nonstop option.
United Airlines will launch the first-ever direct flight between the U.S. and Ibiza on May 31, 2027, flying from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), one of the region’s major international hubs. The seasonal route will operate four times a week through October, with flights taking roughly eight hours to reach Ibiza Airport (IBZ). Tickets are already on sale.
